Chocolate Cinnamon Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 100 g Milk chocolate (possibly to 80 g red.)
  • 1 TEASPOON ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 l hot coffee
  • 2 Orange slices to decorate

Directions

    Heat 1/8 litre milk in a pot. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in the hot milk while stirring. Season with cinnamon. Foam the rest of the milk using an espresso machine or put it in a pot and beat it with a whisk until foamy.

    Put hot coffee in 2 cups. Mix chocolate and frothed milk and pour into the coffee. Serve immediately decorated with a slice of orange.
