Ingredients

  • 2 Ice cube
  • 6 cl Curacao blue
  • 100 ml freshly squeezed
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grapefruit juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp dry champagne
  • 7-10 Tbsp Carambola

Directions

    Put ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Add Curaçao and grapefruit juice and shake well. Strain liquid into a glass. Top up with well chilled sparkling wine and serve garnished with a carambola slice
