Wash and quarter the apples and cut out the core. Cut apple quarters into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Wash lemons and limes thoroughly and cut into slices.
Pluck the lemon balm leaves from the stalks. Pour apple juice and cider into a punch bowl, add lemon, lime and apple. Fill up with ginger ale and sprinkle the lemon balm leaves.
Tastes best well chilled. Makes about 12 glasses.
