- 1 Peach Column
- 7-10 Tbsp (canned food)
- 2 cl Pepino Peach
- 1 Splash lime juice
- 100 ml dry champagne
- 7-10 Tbsp Mint
Directions

Put peach slices in a glass. Pour liqueur and lime juice over it. Top up with well chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with mint.
