Ingredients

  • 1 Cocktail cherry with stem
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint leaves
  • 2 cl Cointreau
  • 40 ml Cherry nectar
  • 20 ml Grenadine (pomegranate syrup)
  • 20 ml Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sparkling wine
  • 6 Ice cube

Directions

    Sprinkle the cocktail cherry with sugar and place it on the edge of the glass with mint leaves. Pour grenadine into a glass. Shake the Cointreau, cherry juice and lemon juice with the ice cubes vigorously in the cocktail shaker.

    Pour the drink mixture through a sieve into the prepared glass. Fill up with sparkling wine and serve immediately.
