- 4 cl white rum
- 3 cl Lemon juice
- 2 cl Sugar syrup
- 2 cl Peppermint liqueur
- 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice cubes
- 1 Strawberry
- 1 washer Carambola
- 7-10 Tbsp Melissa leaves
Directions

Mix rum, lemon juice, sugar syrup and peppermint liqueur in a shaker. Pour into a glass filled with crushed egg cubes. Put the strawberry, carambola and mint leaves on a wooden skewer and place them over the glass
