  • 4 Eggs
  • 8 TSP Sugar
  • 1/8 l strong hot coffee
  • 1/4 l Brandy
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Egg liqueur

    Beat eggs and sugar in a hot water bath until foamy. Stir in coffee, brandy and liqueur. Fold in 1/4 litre of hot water.
