- 4 Eggs
- 8 TSP Sugar
- 1/8 l strong hot coffee
- 1/4 l Brandy
- 4 TABLESPOONS Egg liqueur

Beat eggs and sugar in a hot water bath until foamy. Stir in coffee, brandy and liqueur. Fold in 1/4 litre of hot water.
