Cherry tea with rum

Ingredients

  • 3 Apricot halves (a. d. tin)
  • 50 g Cherries without stone (a.d. glass)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 4 TSP flavoured black tea "wild cherry
  • 75 g brown raw sugar
  • 4 Cloves
  • 3 Anise stars
  • 7-10 Tbsp Candy poles

    Cut the apricot halves into slices. Sprinkle apricots and cherries with rum and leave to stand for at least 1 hour. Mix tea, sugar, cloves and aniseed stars, brew with 600 ml hot water and leave to stand for 3-5 minutes. Divide the fruit into four tea glasses, pour tea through a sieve into the glasses. Serve with rock candy sticks as desired
