Halve the melons. Use a ball cutter to cut out balls from the melon halves and put them into a punch bowl. Peel, halve and slice the kiwis. Add to the melon balls. Pour kiwi liqueur and lemon juice over them and let them soak for 20-30 minutes. Top up with well chilled white wine and sparkling wine and serve immediately
