Melon punch

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small watermelon
  • 1 Charoon melon
  • 1 Honey melon
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 5 cl Kiwi Liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 Bottles of dry white wine (Riesling or Sylvaner)
  • 1 (0,75 l) bottle of semi-dry sparkling wine

Directions

    Halve the melons. Use a ball cutter to cut out balls from the melon halves and put them into a punch bowl. Peel, halve and slice the kiwis. Add to the melon balls. Pour kiwi liqueur and lemon juice over them and let them soak for 20-30 minutes. Top up with well chilled white wine and sparkling wine and serve immediately
