- 100 g Whipped cream
- 1 package Vanillin sugar
- 2 TABLESPOONS Amaretto (almond liqueur)
- 4 (60 g each) scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 800 ml strong coffee
- 1 Dark chocolate bars
Directions

Whip cream and vanilla sugar until stiff. Stir in Amaretto. Put ice cream scoops into glasses. Top up with iced coffee. Fill cream into a piping bag with star spout. Spray on the coffee, slice the chocolate with a peeler into shavings and pour directly over the cream.
