Ingredients

  • 150 g red, white and black currants
  • 100 ml blackcurrant liqueur
  • 2 untreated lemons
  • 1 collar Lemon balm
  • 1 l Lemonade
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle of tonic water

Directions

    Strip the berries from the panicles, rinse cold and dab dry. Pour into a punch bowl. Pour liqueur over it and let it steep for about 1 hour. Wash the lemons thoroughly and cut them into thin slices. Wash lemon balm, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Add to the berries. Just before serving, pour lemonade and tonic water on top
