  • 75 g Lychees (canned)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lychee juice (from the can)
  • 3 cl lime juice
  • 4 cl white rum
  • 50 ml frosty champagne to top it off

    Stone Lychees. Mash the flesh. Mix lychee puree with juice, lime juice and rum in a shaker. Pour into a cocktail glass, fill up with champagne
