- 75 g Lychees (canned)
- 2 TABLESPOONS Lychee juice (from the can)
- 3 cl lime juice
- 4 cl white rum
- 50 ml frosty champagne to top it off

Stone Lychees. Mash the flesh. Mix lychee puree with juice, lime juice and rum in a shaker. Pour into a cocktail glass, fill up with champagne
