BBQ Bloody Mary

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1,2 l Tomato juice
  • 1⁄2 l Vodka
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Worcester sauce
  • 1⁄2-2 Tsp Tabasco Chipotle
  • 6 discs Bacon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Celery
  • 2 TABLESPOONS crushed ice

Directions

    Squeeze 1 lemon. Mix lemon juice, 1.2 l tomato juice and 1⁄2 l vodka. Season to taste with 3 tablespoons Worcester sauce and 1⁄2-2 teaspoons Tabasco Chipotle. Divide between six glasses. Fry 6 slices of bacon in a pan without fat until crispy.

    Clean and wash 6 sticks of celery. Serve Bloody Mary with bacon, celery and 2 tablespoons of crushed ice per glass.
