- 3 cl Kiwi Liqueur
- 7-10 Tbsp some splashes of orange-bitter
- 100 ml Sparkling wine or seltzer
- 1 Kiwi wiper
- 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm
Directions

Pour the kiwi liqueur and orange-bitter into a champagne glass and top up with well chilled sparkling wine or seltzer. Garnish with 1 kiwi slice and lemon balm.
