Ingredients

  • 4-5 Tsp ground coffee
  • 4 Egg Yolk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 0,2 l Amaretto (Italian almond liqueur)
  • 1 TEASPOON Cocoa powder

Directions

    First boil 200 ml of water and brew and filter the ground coffee. Keep the coffee hot. Half fill a large pot with water and bring the water almost to the boil.

    Place a second smaller pot inside. Pour the egg yolk and honey into the smaller pot and beat in a hot water bath with the whisk of the hand mixer until light and creamy. Now add hot coffee and amaretto while stirring constantly.

    Keep beating everything until the drink is well heated. Do not let it boil, otherwise the yolk will curdle. Divide the Amaretto mocha punch between 4 preheated glasses or cups and sprinkle with cocoa powder, serve immediately.
