Ingredients

  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 1 (0,75 l) Bottle of lilac berry juice
  • 1 Star Anise
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 3 TABLESPOONS small brown candy or sugar

Directions

    Wash the lemon, cut off 4 thin slices and squeeze the rest. Heat up with the lilac berry juice, 1/4 litre water, star anise and the cinnamon stick. Season to taste with rock candy and pour into grogg glasses through a sieve.

    Serve garnished with 1 lemon slice each.
