  • 16 cl Amaretto (Italian almond liqueur)
  • 100 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Heat Amaretto in a small pot, but do not let it boil. Whip the whipped cream with the whisks of the hand mixer until semi-stiff. Pour Amaretto into four preheated cups. Then carefully slide the cream over a teaspoon onto the amaretto without "sinking" it
