Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (850 ml, 825 g, drained: 500 g) Peaches
  • 3 Limes
  • 100 ml Lemon juice (from the bottle)
  • 50 g brown cane sugar
  • 200 ml Cachaça (Brazilian spirit drink made from sugar cane)
  • 1 (0,75 l) Bottle of dry sparkling wine
  • 1 (0,75 l) bottle of mineral water

Directions

    Preparation: Drain the peaches and collect the juice. Cut fruit halves into cubes. Wash limes hot, rub dry and cut into thin slices. Mix peach and lemon juice and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.

    Mix with cachaça. Pour into a punch bowl with the fruit. Fill up with sparkling wine and mineral water just before serving.
