- 2 cl Aperol (Italian aperitif liqueur)
- 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
- 7-10 Tbsp dry Italian white wine
- 1 piece(s) Melon
- 1 Cocktail skewer

Pour the aperol with lemon juice into a glass and top up with well chilled white wine. Spike the melon and pour into the glass.
