- 7-10 Tbsp a few drops of grenadine
- 2 cl Vodka
- 1 cl Pear brandy
- 1 cl Pear juice
- 7-10 Tbsp well-chilled dry sparkling wine
- 1 Pear slice
- 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm
Directions

Put some grenadine in a tall champagne glass. Add vodka, pear brandy and pear juice. Stir and fill up with iced champagne. Put the pear slice on the edge of the glass and garnish with lemon balm.
