- 3-4 Ice cube
- 2 cl Brandy
- 2 cl Curacao Orange Liqueur
- 4 cl fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 TEASPOON Sugar
- 7-10 Tbsp chilled soda water
- 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm leaves for
- 7-10 Tbsp Decorate
Directions

Put ice cubes in a shaker. Add brandy, curacoe, lemon juice and sugar. Shake vigorously, strain into a glass. Top up with ice-cold soda water. Decorate with lemon balm
