- 100 g Strawberries
- 8 TABLESPOONS Aperol (bitter liqueur)
- 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime
- 300 ml ice-cold dry Prosecco
- 7-10 Tbsp possibly 4 slices of lime and 4 edible orchid flowers to decorate

Wash, clean and cut the strawberries into pieces. Mix aperol, lime juice and strawberries. Cover and leave to cool for about 30 minutes. Fill marinated strawberries with the aperol and juice into 4 champagne glasses and top up with Prosecco. Decorate with lime slices and orchid blossoms if desired
