  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON Coconut flake
  • 4 cl white rum
  • 2 cl Vodka
  • 1 cl Blue Curaçao
  • 60 ml Pineapple juice
  • 30 ml sweetened coconut cream
  • 3 TABLESPOONS crushed ice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Coconut Flakes

Directions

    Put lemon juice and grated coconut on 2 plates. Dip the rim of the glass first in lemon juice, then in grated coconut and leave to dry. Shake rum, vodka, Blue Curaçao, pineapple juice and coconut cream with crushed ice in a shaker. Pour the cocktail through a sieve into the prepared glass. Serve immediately decorated with coconut flakes
