- 12 cl Gin
- 8 cl Blue Curaçao
- 4 cl clear coconut liqueur (e.g. Malibu)
- 4 cl Cane sugar syrup
- 4 cl Lime juice
- 4 discs Carambola
- 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube
Directions

Mix gin, Blue Curaçao, coconut liqueur, sugar syrup and lime juice. Coarsely crush the ice cubes and spread them on the glasses. Fill up with the drink. Cut the carambola slices to the middle, place them on the edge of the glass and serve.
