Ingredients

  • 1/8 l Kirschaft
  • 7-10 Tbsp peel of 1/2 untreated lemon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 4 Egg Yolk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 3/4 (150 g) Cup of whipped cream
  • 4 cl Danish cherry liqueur
  • 4 cl Vodka
  • 2 TABLESPOONS pitted sour cherries (from the glass)

Directions

    Heat cherry juice with lemon peel, juice and cinnamon. Leave to stand for 5 minutes. Put egg yolk and sugar in a bowl. Whip into a thick cream in a hot water bath. Add cream while stirring.

    Remove cinnamon and lemon peel from the juice. Stir in the juice. Add cherry liqueur and vodka. Whip everything again. Pour the cherries into the glasses. Pour punch over them and serve immediately.
