  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Sugar
  • 3 cl Bourbon whiskey
  • 3 cl apricot brandy
  • 8 cl Whipped cream

Directions

    Separate the egg. Beat the egg yolks, sugar and spirits in a hot water bath until creamy. Beat the egg white until stiff. Fold 2/3 of the egg whites into the cream. Add the cream and heat up while stirring until just before boiling. Pour into a glass, place the remaining beaten egg whites on top
