Ingredients

  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 Orange
  • 1 small apple
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 75 ml Brandy
  • 1 (0,7 l) bottle of dry Spanish red wine
  • 1 (0,7 l) bottle of iced soda or mineral water

Directions

    Wash the lemon and orange and cut into slices. Wash apple, quarter it, remove core. Cut apple quarter crosswise into slices. Put the lemon and orange slices with the apple slices in a large glass jug.

    Add sugar and brandy. Top up with wine and soda water. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve with ice cubes if necessary.
