Wash and stone the nectarines and cut them into slices. Halve the slices. Cut melon in half, remove seeds and pulp with a ball cutter. Or dice the flesh.
Wash lemon hot, grate dry and cut into slices. Pour into a bowl or large jug with nectarines, melon and wine. Cover and let it stand in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Fill up with sparkling wine and mineral water before serving. Wash the mint, pluck off the leaves and finally pour into the glasses. Decorate with flowers and serve.
