Ingredients

  • 5 fresh peaches (about 650 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 2–3 Branches of rosemary
  • 24 cl Gin (e.g. approx. 1⁄2 bottle of Gin Sul)
  • 700 ml chilled lemonade (e.g. Sprite or 7 Up)

Directions

    Wash the peaches, grate them dry, halve them and stone them. To garnish, cut 6 approx. 1.5 cm wide slices and set aside. Dice the remaining peaches roughly. Put them together with lime juice and brown sugar into a tall mixing bowl and puree finely with a hand blender.

    Wash the rosemary, shake dry and pluck into 2-3 pieces. Pour 4 cl gin into each glass. Spread the fruit puree into the glasses. Mix gin and puree well with a straw or tablespoon.

    Last but not least fill up with lemon lemonade. This will create the grandiose foam crown. Garnish the drinks with peach wedges and rosemary - happy summertime!
