Mix 2 teaspoons of Matchatee with 2 tablespoons of cold water to a paste. Mix this with 150 ml cold water. Wash 4 stems of mint, shake dry, pluck off leaves. Mash 2 tablespoons of fine sugar in a cup with a wooden spoon handle until the sugar dissolves.
Mix with 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 100 ml whiskey and Matchamix, pour through a fine sieve. Season to taste with lemon juice. Fill two glasses to about 2⁄3 with ice cubes. Pour whiskey mixture over them.
