  • 200 ml chilled pear nectar
  • 200 ml chilled cranberry juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 bottle of chilled dry sparkling wine (750-800 ml)

    Mix pear nectar with cooled cranberry juice and pour into eight champagne glasses. Fill up with 1 bottle of chilled dry champagne.
