  • 1,5 l dry white wine
  • 7-10 Tbsp approx. 350 ml elderflower syrup
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated peel and juice of 1 organic lime
  • 7-10 Tbsp 8 sprigs of mint

Directions

    Heat white wine, elderflower syrup and grated peel and juice from the lime. Depending on the acidity of the wine, take a little more or less syrup. Wash the mint, shake dry and place everything on heat-resistant glasses.
