Ingredients

  • 250 g Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 cube (approx. 21 g) Yeast
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 400 g minced beef (or minced lamb)
  • 1/8 l tomato juice or 1-2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 4-5 Stem(s) fresh or 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 80 g paprika-filled olives
  • 1 knife tip Sambal Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp some cumin
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 150 g Feta cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley and pepperoni

Directions

    Mix flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Dissolve yeast in 150 ml lukewarm water. Knead with flour and 3 tbsp. oil until smooth. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes

    Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the minced meat and garlic thoroughly. Add tomato juice or tomato paste and let it boil down until it is creamy

    Wash the thyme, pluck it. Cut olives into slices. Add both to the mince. Season with salt, Sambal Oelek and possibly cumin. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes

    Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll out to thin flat cakes. Spread tomatoes and chopped mass on top. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 15 minutes

    Peel onions and cut them into rings. Crumble the cheese. Spread both on the pizzas. Garnish with parsley and pepperoni if desired
