Clean and wash the spring onions and cut them into rings (put some leek rings aside). Wash, clean and dice the tomatoes. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the minced meat in it. Add spring onions and tomatoes and fry. Season with salt, pepper and curry. Boil up 1/4 litre of water.
Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the purée. Mix in the herbs. Fill minced meat into a small ovenproof dish. Add mashed potatoes. Roughly grate cheese and spread over the puree. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes (electric oven: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) until the casserole is golden brown. Sprinkle with the remaining spring onion rings and coloured pepper
