Paprika-Pizza with feta cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 red and green peppers
  • 300 g Garlic sausage e.g. Cabanossi
  • 3 Onions
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese with herbs
  • 8 pickled peppers
  • 100 g black olives
  • 1 pack of Baking mix for pizza and vegetable cake (2 bags of 230 g each)
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) peeled tomatoes
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Cut the sausage into slices. Peel onions and cut into rings. Mix feta cheese and cream cheese. Drain the peppers and olives.

    Knead the baking mix and 1/4 litre of water with the dough hooks of the hand mixer until the dough comes off the bowl rim. Knead again with your hands. Roll out the dough on a greased baking tray.

    Chop the tomatoes in the tin and spread on the dough. Spread the prepared ingredients on top. Drizzle with oil. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes.
