For the pizza dough, mix the contents of the bag and 1/4 litre of warm water with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Divide the pizza dough into 2 pieces and roll out to a plate (approx. 24 cm Ø).
Mix the strained tomatoes with oil, season with salt and pepper and spread on the bottoms. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Spread the salami and tomato slices on the pizza bases.
Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Sprinkle cheese over it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh oregano if desired.
