Preparation: For the dough mix flour, yeast, 1/4 teaspoon salt and herbs in a mixing bowl. Add 5 tablespoons of oil and 125 ml lukewarm water and knead everything with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Then knead again with your hands to a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. In the meantime peel garlic and dice finely.
Mix paprika paste, tomatoes, garlic and Sambal Oelek. Halve the olives. Halve the peppers lengthwise, clean, wash and drain. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, fry the bell peppers for about 5 minutes at low heat, turning them over. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Remove from the pan and allow to cool. Cut sausage into thin slices. Wash parsley, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Knead the dough again briefly, roll out to a circle (28 cm Ø) on a floured work surface and place in a greased pizza mould. Spread with tomatoes, cover with parsley leaves, peppers, sausage and olives.
Remove from the pan and allow to cool. Cut sausage into thin slices. Wash parsley, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Knead the dough again briefly, roll out to a circle (28 cm Ø) on a floured work surface and place in a greased pizza mould. Spread with tomatoes, cover with parsley leaves, peppers, sausage and olives. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of the baking time, put the pepperoni on the pizza. Take the pizza out of the oven and serve immediately
