Turbo Toast with cheese noodles

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 125 g Croissant noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 6 Disc/s Bacon
  • 40 g medieval Gouda (piece)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 12 Disc/s Toast
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Cook the pasta in 1-2 l boiling salted water (1 teaspoon salt per litre) according to the instructions on the packet. Halve the bacon crosswise. Grate cheese. Heat cream and cheese until the cheese has melted. Drain noodles and mix with cheese sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Cover 6 slices of toast with 2 bacon halves each. Spread cheese noodles on top. Place 1 slice of toast on each, press together lightly, cut into quarters. Heat the oil bit by bit in a large coated pan. Fry the sandwiches in portions on each side for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
