Ingredients

  • 200 g ripe vine tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp 2 spring onions
  • 25 g dried soft tomatoes
  • 250 g ripe camembert
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 30 g roasted pine nuts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

    Wash, quarter, seed and finely dice the vine tomatoes. Clean and wash spring onions, cut into fine rings. Finely chop the soft tomatoes. Knead camembert and soft butter thoroughly with a fork.

    Knead in whole tomatoes, spring onions and pine nuts. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Fits e.g. to lye pastry.
