Ingredients

  • 200 g Double cream cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Pesto
  • 1 Meter bread
  • 300 g Vine tomatoes
  • 250 g Mozzarella
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Stir double cream cheese and pesto until smooth. Cut yard bread into about 16 slices. Spread half with the pesto cream. Cover the rest with slices of vine tomatoes and mozzarella. Season tomato and mozzarella bread with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

    Garnish as desired with basil leaves.
