Tomato and Ham Roast Bread

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 5-6 Stem(s) Sage
  • 5-6 (approx. 500 g) Tomatoes
  • 1 (approx. 375 g) Ciabatta
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 125 g Parma ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp in thin slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash the sage, pluck the leaves from the stems. Wash and slice the tomatoes.

    Cut bread into 12-16 slices and drizzle with oil. Cover with tomatoes and sage. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap 1 slice of ham tightly around each, pin it if necessary. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
