  • 300 g Cream cheese with herbs
  • 12 angular plates
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pumpernickel
  • 300 g smoked salmon in slices
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Dill

Directions

    Stir cream cheese until smooth. Spread 9 slices of bread with cream cheese. Spread the salmon on top. Put 3 slices of bread on top of each other. Finish with 1 slice of bread each.

    Cut layered breads into 9 cubes each. Wash and pluck the dill and shake dry. Garnish petits fours with it.
