Ingredients

  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 250 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 400 g Schmand
  • 200 g light salad cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper

Directions

    Peel the garlic cloves and chop very finely. Mix with whole milk yoghurt, sour cream, light salad cream and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
