Clean, wash and roughly grate the zucchini. Season with salt and pepper and let it stand for about 30 minutes.
Wash lemon hot, grate dry, finely grate peel. Squeeze lemon. Wash the dill and mint, shake dry, pluck flags or leaves from the stalks and cut finely. Peel garlic and chop finely.
Coarsely grate the feta.
Put the zucchini in a sieve and squeeze it gently. Mix all prepared ingredients and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
