Stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 8 big mushrooms
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter or margarine
  • 75 g Cream cheese with herbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper, 2-3 tablespoons oil

Directions

    Clean and wash mushrooms. Unscrew and chop the stems. Leek onions clean, wash and cut into fine rings. Heat the fat. Fry mushroom stems and spring onions in it. Let cool down a little bit, stir in cheese, season

    Brush mushrooms outside with oil. Fill in cheese mixture. Grill on the preheated electric grill for 10-12 minutes
