Mexican mango cream

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes (approx. 700 g)
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime
  • 500 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Peel the mangos, cut the flesh into slices from the core and, except for a few for decoration, puree. Stir in sugar, rum and lime juice. Whip cream until stiff and fold into the mango puree. Pour into a bowl and decorate with the remaining mango wedges. Sprinkle with lime zest as desired
