Goat cheese with provençal herbs

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 8 discs Goat cheese (approx. 40 g each)
  • some stem(s) Thyme, rosemary, tarragon and parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the tomatoes into thick slices. Cover 4 pieces of aluminium foil with the tomatoes. Put 2 slices of goat's cheese on each. Wash the herbs, dab dry, chop finely and sprinkle on top. Season with pepper and close the tinfoil. Put them on the hot grill and grill for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with olive oil before serving
