Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Corn cobs (150 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 650 g Sparerips (pork ribs in 10-15 cm length)
  • 7-10 Tbsp 4 T-bone steaks (approx. 350 g each)
  • 100 g Marshmallows
  • 40 g soft butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarsely ground coloured pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 piece(s) Ginger
  • 100 g Tomato ketchup
  • 1 TABLESPOON Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few drops of Worcester sauce
  • 50 g Honey
  • 2 TEASPOONS spicy mustard

Directions

  1. 1

Clean the corn cobs and cook for about 15 minutes in boiling salted water. For the sauce, peel onion, garlic and ginger and dice finely. Stir ketchup, vinegar, Worcester sauce, honey and mustard until smooth.

  2. 2

Stir in onion, garlic and ginger. Season to taste with salt. Wash the meat, dab dry. Put Marsh-mallows on wooden skewers. Drained corn for about 10 minutes, ribs 3-5 minutes (always spreading the sauce over them) from each side, grill steaks for 5-8 minutes.

  3. 3

Lightly tan Marsh-malows. In between, brush the corn with fat several times and salt it. Season steaks with salt and coloured pepper.
