Refreshing melon punch

Ingredients

  • 1 Honeydew melon
  • 4-6 cl Melon or orange liqueur
  • 1 (1 l) bottle of dry white wine
  • 1 (0,75 l) Bottle of dry sparkling wine
  • 2-3 stem(s) fresh peppermint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube

Directions

    Halve the melon, remove the seeds. Use a ball cutter to twist out balls from the melon flesh. Put them into a bowl, pour the liqueur over them and let them steep for a short time. Pour into a jug and fill up with well chilled wine and sparkling wine.

    Wash mint leaves, drain well and add. Add a few ice cubes as desired.
