Lobster crab skewer

Ingredients

  • 16 raw lobster crabs (in shell)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 can(s) (430 ml) Artichoke Hearts
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 100 g sliced bacon

Directions

    Remove the lobster crab from its shell and rinse. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Drain artichoke hearts, season with pepper and wrap a slice of bacon around them. Put them alternately with the prawns on skewers.

    Grill for about 6 minutes while turning. Serve with white bread with herb butter.
